Front Office Concierge

Care Advanced Dentistry is seeking a polished, service-driven Front Office Dental Concierge to be the welcoming face of our practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, values professionalism, and is passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences.

As the first point of contact, you will greet patients, manage scheduling, coordinate communications, and ensure every visit feels seamless and personalized. The ideal candidate is organized, warm, detail-oriented, and confident handling a fast-paced environment with grace.

Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to high-level service are essential. Prior dental or medical front desk experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
